These almond joy energy bites make the perfect snack for afternoon slumps. They are an easy on the go snack that can be made ahead of time for the week.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almonds chopped
- 3 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl add all of the ingredients. Stir until the ingredients are well combined.
- Scoop out the mixture and roll into balls with your hands.
- Place energy bites in a container or baggies and store for the next 3-4 days. Enjoy!
