ACTIVITY #1: Try a new food
Try food from a different culture than your own. In eating disorder and disordered eating recovery, it can be beneficial to try new foods to spark your interest in eating again. You never know what your next favorite food is until you try it!
ACTIVITY #2: Pick a new place to walk
If you enjoy mental health walks with a view, visit the Brooklyn Bridge, the High Line park, or Coney Island’s boardwalk.
ACTIVITY #3: Go shopping
